Surf update
A small group of us went to Cayucos on 3/13 to fish the incoming high tide. The group did pretty good and some nice fish were caught. A red checkerboard did the trick for me. Chris and I went the following Friday and fish just after peak low tide for a few hours. We didn’t have much luck, but still managed to get a few bites and had a fish on for a little bit. Chris talked to one of the regulars and it was slow for them too. Their suspecting it may have something to do with the full moon. I’m planning on going to Cayucos on Sunday (3/27) morning to fish the incoming high tide. I’ll try to post another update and anyone is welcome to join me.
